KECG

KECG broadcasts student-created and curated content from our studios at El Cerrito High School. Tune in to 88.1 FM in El Cerrito and 97.7 FM in San Pablo 24 hours a day!

The Radio Program is part of the ECHS Media Academy. Students join the Media Academy in 10th grade, and complete a three-course sequence to learn, refine, and practice skills in digital communications with a focus on career awareness and preparation.

Non-academy students can participate by joining Radio Club: Meetings are every Monday at lunch in room B200.

KECG reports to NACC. Bands and record labels can email us music or mail it to KECG, care of El Cerrito High School (address below).

You can support KECG through the Student Activity Fund (SAF). Make sure to include a note that your donation is for KECG. Thank you for supporting our station!
